Job Description
Join Our Team as an Interventional Radiologist
At our organization, we prioritize patient care above all else. You have dedicated years to mastering your craft, and we want you to concentrate solely on your patients. Our model provides comprehensive practice and administrative support, allowing you to focus on clinical responsibilities while we handle non-clinical tasks such as:
- Managing emails
- Providing follow-up instructions
- Assisting in securing social services for patients
We also value your well-being by offering an outstanding compensation package that includes:
- Competitive salary
- Leading retirement contributions
- Exceptional health benefits
- Generous paid time off (PTO)
- Sabbatical opportunities
- Continuing medical education time and funding
- Leadership development through our in-house training program
We are currently looking for a Board Certified or Eligible Interventional Radiologist to become part of our expanding medical group. We highly value leadership qualities and prefer candidates with experience in digital technologies, such as AI platforms, telehealth, or digital health. If you lack direct experience, you should demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to integrate these technologies into your practice as we advance our care model. Our charting system is robust and based on Epic Health Connect.
Compensation and BenefitsAs an Interventional Radiologist with our organization, you can expect:
- Projected annual total rewards value ranging from $557,349 to $686,000*
- 21% employer contribution to retirement plans, including a pension (this is not a match; we contribute an additional 21% of clinician earnings regardless of employee contributions)
- Over 90% of health plan costs covered by the employer
- Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
Note that the projected annual total rewards value may vary based on factors such as full-time equivalent (FTE), experience, location, and qualifications, which are subject to plan participation requirements. For complete details, please consult our physician recruiter.
Why Work with Us?Practicing within our integrated healthcare model means that our clinicians have immediate access to numerous specialties, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances comprehensive treatment. Hear from our physicians about how this teamwork not only simplifies their work but also elevates their practice.
About Our Medical GroupWe are a self-governed, physician-led multi-specialty group comprising 1,500 physicians, surgeons, and clinicians, serving 630,000 members across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Our organization is recognized as one of the leading healthcare systems in the nation, setting the standard for comprehensive, integrated, value-based, and high-quality care.
Commitment to Diversity and InclusionWe are dedicated to fostering an environment of mutual respect and equal employment opportunities for all applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation, and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. We believe that equity, inclusion, and diversity among our employees are vital to our success, and we strive to recruit, develop, and retain the most talented individuals from a diverse candidate pool.
