Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients virtually and/or in person
- Help families find the best coverage options for their needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads and referrals
- Attend team trainings, mentorship calls, and development events
- Track activity and performance metrics
- Learn leadership and agency-building systems

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Coachable attitude
- Leadership mindset
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Life insurance license preferred (can assist qualified candidates)

Compensation:
- Commission-based with uncapped income potential
- Part-time: $2,000–$5,000+/month potential
- Full-time: $8,000–$20,000+/month potential
