Everhart Architecture Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to take ownership of residential projects from field documentation through completed construction documents while serving as the firm's technical leader alongside the owner.

$100,000 - $115,000 base salary
Responsibilities:- Lead residential projects from concept through construction documents.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality, and buildable drawing sets.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure technical excellence and quality across all projects.
- Mentor team members and support production leadership.
- Solve complex design and constructability challenges.
- Architectural license preferred.
- 5+ years of residential architectural experience.
- Strong technical expertise in construction documents and detailing.
- Proficient in Chief Architect, Revit, or similar software.
- Proven ability to own projects and lead with minimal oversight.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.
