NOW HIRING: Regional Class A CDL Drivers

2 Day Routes - Home Every Other Day - Drop and Hook - Not typical OTR

Sure Shot Transit Solutions is a family owned and operated freight company based in Perris / Ontario, CA . We run dedicated, year round regional lanes to Arizona, Nevada, and the Bay Area (CA) and are looking for professional Class A drivers who want regional miles without living on the road .

This is not traditional OTR . You'll spend one night in the truck , complete your run, and return home on day two .

PAY and COMPENSATION

• $24/hour (Average $1,200 - $1,800 per week)
• Overtime: $36+/hour (1.5x after 40 hours)
• Weekly Direct Deposit
• W 2 Employment

SCHEDULE DETAILS

• 2 Day Regional Runs
• Routes include Arizona, Nevada, and Bay Area, CA
• Spend one night in the truck
• Consistent, predictable lanes
• Additional days available based on performance and DOT compliance

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record (MVR, CSA, and prior employment)
• Ability to pass:
  • DOT drug screen
  • Background check
  • DOT physical
• Stable work history
• Comfortable using driver apps (ADP, Relay, etc.)

90 Day Probationary Period After 90 days of consistent, compliant performance, drivers are re evaluated for full time status and benefits eligibility.
