Janitorial Supervisor

AWS/CES is hiring for a Janitorial Supervisor

Location: Roanoke, IN

Pay: $23.00/hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 6AM TO 2:30PM

Saturday thu Wednesday

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff.

Interview, hire, and train employees.

Assign daily work.

Inspect work quality.

Resolve customer complaints.

Coordinate maintenance and cleaning activities.

Ensure equipment is functioning properly.

Perform cleaning duties as needed.

Work Environment

Exposure to wet/humid conditions.

Moving machinery.

High places.

Chemicals and fumes.

Outdoor weather conditions.

Loud noise.

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree preferred.

Six months to one year of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
