The Pittard Clinic is seeking a self-motivated Medical Assistant to support general office duties and assist patients efficiently. The candidate must have phlebotomy certification other duties includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking vital signs, and interacting directly with physicians to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally
- Register and check in patients
- Take vital signs
- Perform blood draws as needed
- Coordinate with physicians to support patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in medical assisting
