We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) to lead our nursing team in Strongsville, Ohio. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of care strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure seamless delivery of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and identify areas for improvement Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics as required by state and federal regulations Foster relationships with family members, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and other key leaders to achieve facility goals and objectives The Avenue at Strongsville is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings.
