Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a thriving, well-established women's health practice in Weatherford, Texas, just west of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who is passionate about women's health and interested in developing expertise in gynecology, prenatal care, and surgical first assist. New graduate Physician Assistants are encouraged to apply if they have a strong desire to learn and a genuine interest in women's healthcare and surgery.

Position Highlights

The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive women's healthcare services, including: Gynecologic care for adolescent and adult patients. Prenatal and obstetrical support services. Surgical first assisting in OB/GYN procedures. Preventive and wellness care. Menopause management and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Patient education and counseling. Follow-up care and care coordination.

Ideal Candidate

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current or eligible Texas PA licensure. Passion for women's health and patient-centered care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Interest in gynecology, prenatal care, and surgery. Experience with in-office gynecologic procedures is highly desirable but not required. Surgical first assist experience is preferred but not required. Will train. New graduates welcome to apply. Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow within a women's health specialty practice.

Note: Due to hospital credentialing requirements, we are primarily seeking Physician Assistants for this role. Nurse Practitioners cannot be considered unless they hold Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certification and meet hospital surgical first assist credentialing requirements.
