Job Overview
Five Points Roofing is seeking an experienced and dependable Roofing Repair Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both assessing leaks and executing residential roof repairs, and will have demonstrated ability in both technical skills and problem solving abilities.
What you’ll do:
- Perform roof repairs for residential properties, including leak detection and shingle replacement
- Develops estimates for various repair projects
- Orders parts and materials for repair jobs
- Inspects roofs as required in daily work routines and as requested by supervisory staff
- Knowledgeable in all types of roofing: shingles, metal, rubber, TPO, EPDM, etc
- Assess roof conditions and recommend solutions to homeowners
- Complete additional tasks as assigned, including assisting with roof inspections and minor installations
- Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is completed to high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of direct experience in roofing repair or installation
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, especially asphalt shingles
- Ability to diagnose and fix leaks, flashing issues, and other common roofing problems
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
