Hourly pay range $20-$23/hour

A Distribution Warehouse Clerk that will support shipping and receiving at our 520 Pedricktown Rd location and inventory functions within our Swedesboro campus.

What You Will Do

Shipping

• Preparing sales orders to be picked and shipped
• Completing the shipping log
• Verify outbound load PO # and destination.
• Assign dock doors and place a lock on the trailer
• Obtaining the proper signatures from the loaders and the truck driver.
• Posting the shipment in Business Central
• Scanning the shipping packet to the proper parties using the document center
• Preparing 3rd party BOLs

Receiving

• Verify purchase order quantity and create a receipt in Business Central
• Assign dock doors and put a lock on the trailer
• Print out receiving documents and coordinate unload with the lead on site.
• Obtain proper signatures and verify the quantities.
• Provide the truck driver with the signed documentation and release the load
• Post the load in Business Central.

Inventory Control

• Perform cycle counts of both the finished goods and the raw materials at multiple sites.
• Log counts onto a manual count sheet and enter results into an Excel spreadsheet.
• Perform recounts as required.

What You Need

• Minimum of High School Education or GED
• Highly organized and accurate
• Attention to detail
• Strong basic math skills
• Computer proficiency
• Prior Warehouse Management Software experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly throughout the day
• Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours every day
• Ability to travel a short distance to other local sites for the purpose of performing inventory counts.
• Ability to work independently; 80% of the day spent on the floor of a warehouse and 20% spent in an office environment.
