Your future role at a glance Location: Baltimore, MD Facility: St. Agnes - Ascension Department: Physical Therapy Inpatient Schedule: Day | PRN Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500.00 Salary range: $42.48-62.13 per hour How you\'ll make an impact in this role Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment program. Perform initial and on-going assessment of patient\'s condition. Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problem identified and involve the patient/family. Perform therapy intervention utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient. Oversee activities of physical therapy assistant, student and other support personnel. What minimum qualifications you\'ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Drivers License credentialed from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles preferred. Education: Bachelor\'s degree required. Master\'s OR Doctorate degree preferred.
