Outside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking competitive individuals who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and being rewarded for results to fill a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Representative role covering the Dayton, Ohio metro area. We'll teach you the products, the industry and offer sales support--you'll bring the drive to win new business and build a book of repeat customers. What You'll Do Hunt for new business opportunities to grow your territory's revenue. Build relationships with repeat customers through regular visits, calls, and emails. Train on our products & the industries we serve in order to provide customer-based solutions. Manage your own territory, schedule, and sales plan - your success is in your hands. Enter orders and track activity through our digital systems. What You'll Get Compensation includes a guaranteed base during your ramp-up period and eventually transitions to high-earning uncapped commissions structure as territory matures. (For reference: Yr. 1 OTE: $65-$75k; Yr. 2 OTE: $75-$95k; Yr. 3 OTE: $100-$120k+) Monthly and annual bonus opportunities tied to various performance benchmarks. What We're Looking For High school diploma required; college degree with related coursework preferred. 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, staffing/recruiting, collegiate athletics, food service, school organizations or other customer-facing roles. Track record of success that includes strong communication, influence, leadership, and relationship-building skills in goal-oriented environments. A true hunter mentality - driven, competitive, and resilient. Solid time-management , planning, and presentation skills . The self-discipline to efficiently run a sales territory independently. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products; Netsuite experience is a bonus. Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check. Must live in or near sales territory and have a reliable vehicle.
