She Recruits is partnering with a rapidly growing, physician-led aesthetic surgery practice seeking two Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons to join its expanding South Florida team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on surgical options, expected outcomes, risks, and recovery
• Deliver exceptional patient care throughout the surgical journey
• Collaborate with experienced surgeons and clinical staff on complex cases
• Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in the practice's structured onboarding and training program

Surgical Experience

Ideal candidates should have experience performing procedures such as:

• Breast Augmentation
• Breast Revision Surgery
• Mommy Makeovers
• Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Procedures
• Body Contouring Procedures
• Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) experience is highly desirable

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified in Plastic Surgery (ABPS or equivalent)
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic plastic surgery procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Strong commitment to patient safety and outstanding clinical outcomes

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Portuguese language skills are a plus
• Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) experience
• Comfortable practicing in a production-based compensation model
• Ability to commute to or travel regularly within South Florida
