Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Technical training in electrical systems, electronics, or industrial technology is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and drawings. Experience Requirements Electrical experience required. Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment is beneficial. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience with wiring, soldering, cable assembly, or electronic assembly. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Basic math, measurement, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds as needed. Manual dexterity to handle small parts, wiring, and electronic components. Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, for detailed inspection and assembly work. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Job Duties Inspect electrical and electronic components using schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. Perform wiring, soldering, cable assembly, and mechanical assembly tasks. Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet production goals while ensuring quality standards are achieved. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Quality Technician contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift. The Quality Technician supports manufacturing through product assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and adherence to production procedures while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
