Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Indiana PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience treating patients in acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Skilled, compassionate, and adaptable clinician.
• Open to shorter term contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in long term acute care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Additional certifications or continuing education in acute rehabilitation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8 hours per shift.
• Work schedule: 5 days per week.
• Start: ASAP.
• Floating to other facilities may be required.
