Support residents with ADLs, mobility training, balance and strength activities, and safe transfer techniques. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment, adhering to infection control, patient rights, and facility policies.
