Location: National Headquarters – Lee's Summit, MO (In Person)
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Aspen Contracting is looking for an organized, dependable Office Support   Specialist to join our National Headquarters team.

This position is ideal for someone with previous administrative or office experience who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and supporting multiple departments throughout the day.

While we'll train you on our processes and industry terminology, we're looking for someone who learns quickly, adapts well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.

Our office is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly organized. Team members communicate frequently, support one another, and take ownership of their work to keep projects moving efficiently.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying busy, is comfortable balancing multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping work accurate and organized. 
What You’ll Do

• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records. 
• Update notes and documentation daily. 
• Prepare invoices and customer paperwork. 
• Follow up with customers, insurance companies, and mortgage companies. 
• Process administrative paperwork and internal forms. 
• Communicate with multiple departments to keep projects moving forward. 
• Support additional office projects as needed.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication. 
• Ability to learn new systems quickly. 
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated. 
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Insurance experience is not required.

We'll teach you our processes and terminology—the most important qualities are strong administrative skills, organization, and a willingness to learn.
