Introduction

This role involves project coordination responsibilities related to technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery using the Enterprise Change tools and guidelines. The candidate will manage and coordinate resources across various lines of business and has matrix management responsibility, balancing soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, and milestone delivery of the technical solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Telecom deliverables, including Cisco, IPC, and NICE voice technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Adaptive learning capability to utilize new systems and/or processes.
• Proficiency in Client Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams).
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience with a strong mix of technology delivery, governance/change management/project delivery role.
• Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends, based on project schedules.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• BMC Remedy Tools (Change Management) experience.
• Service Now experience.
• Network Knowledge (IP Management/DHCP Address).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate problems and plan effective solutions.
• Identify possible issues before they become an issue and successfully mitigate to keep the project (and personnel) on schedule.
• Present progress as well as issues succinctly and provide possible solutions while accepting constructive criticism.
• Understand stakeholder expectations and objectives and set/manage project expectations with management, team members, and stakeholders.
• Identify changing priorities within the project and allocate resources effectively, often competing for their time with other concurrent projects.
• Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner.
• Maintain a system of records related to inventory detail updates.
