Ability to maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front-office or lobby environment, including upkeep of signage.Proficiency in updating and managing member or customer account information within computer systems, with strong attention to accuracy and timely follow up. You provide engaging, personal service to members and truly care about finding real solutions to their financial needs. You are goal-oriented and always learning and improving.
