As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) joining our team, you are embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier®. How you’ll contribute: Under the direction of an RN, contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. Perform plan‑of‑care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Document patient care given. Assist RN with development of plan of care. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Monitor, document, and communicate patient’s status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families. Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire.
