Clinical Manager — Lead Recovery & Treatment Teams

Gateway Rehabilitation Center seeks a Clinical Manager to lead clinical services at our upcoming Halfway House in Youngwood, PA. You will supervise clinicians, oversee assessment and treatment delivery, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced, recovery-focused setting. The role emphasizes staff development, program leadership, and collaboration with the Program Director while maintaining a partial caseload when needed.
