Job Description

The Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring an excellent shopping experience, managing staff, and meeting sales goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction to drive store success.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
Ensure store compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for growth
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
Recruit, train, and develop store team members
Prepare and manage store budgets and financial reports
Maintain store appearance and ensure a clean, organized environment
