Dakota Ave., Denver, Colorado 80247.Job SummarySupports account strategy including data collection and assisting with team communications with customer, consultants, brokers, and/or channel partners. Addresses basic customer questions and concerns. Develops knowledge of account activities, including plan execution, systems and administration, negotiations, presentations, rate, and product/benefits. Supports KP sales and retention goals by making progress on key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) platform.Essential ResponsibilitiesWorks with others within work team to obtain and share basic information.
