Work directly with team lead and client for program best practices and deliveryDeliver renovations and monitor the delivery of new stores by other team members.Engage the client early on in the design processManage Owner Supplied Material orders and trackingControl the project schedule and align all stakeholdersMaintain an Anticipated Costs Report with accurate and up-to-date project financial trackingLead weekly program calls for all active projectsEngage in project specific calls and meetings with specific project teamsTrack value add, innovation, and changesSupport the client with organizational and process designBring innovation, leadership, and inspiration to everything the team touchesProvide input into resource allocation and budget utilizationMentor JLL and client employees to support a unified delivery processUse good judgement to adjust course when necessary to accommodate specific stakeholder practices QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.Must have a minimum of 7-12 years of relevant work experience.Must have deep retail, multi-site, fast paced construction management experienceAdvanced MS Office skillset requiredFlexibility with work hours and travel (approximately 50%) as neededStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage prioritiesAbility to multi-task and work both in a team and independentlyOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team membersComply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.Assist the Local PDS team in meeting Adjusted Gross Margin (“AGM”) targets on a Regional and National level as determined on a yearly basis by the Management Executive CommitteeAny other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assignedThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
