Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced New Construction Pool Plumber to join our growing team for an immediate start . In this role, you will be responsible for reading pool plans and executing full plumbing installations for new residential and commercial pool builds across Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Layout: Interpret design schematics, blueprints, and engineering plans to layout and measure plumbing systems accurately.
• Rough-In Plumbing: Install main drains, skimmers, returns, spa jets, water features, suction/return lines, and light niches according to specifications and local codes.
• Equipment Set Installation: Set up and plumb complete equipment pads, including pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and sanitation equipment.
• Pressure Testing: Perform standard hydrostatic and air pressure tests on pipe runs to ensure leak-free systems before concrete pour/gunite applications.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to South Florida building codes, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks.
• Job Site Coordination: Work efficiently alongside excavation, steel, and gunite crews to maintain project timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2-3+ years of proven experience in new construction swimming pool plumbing (rough-in and equipment set).
• Technical Skills: Proficient with PVC pipe cutting, priming, gluing, solvent welding, and pressure testing procedures.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and execute plumbing layouts directly from engineering drawings and pool plans.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be able to travel to job sites across Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties).
• Tools & Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions, lift heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs), and operate standard hand/power tools.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude.
