Software Engineer (Go, Python, TS)

Role Overview
Apply your software engineering expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through realistic development scenarios, technical analysis, and high-quality code contributions. This remote contract opportunity is designed for engineers with Go as a primary strength and solid Python and TypeScript skills. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Go, Python, and TypeScript solutions that reflect real-world software development scenarios for AI training.
- Review, analyze, and critique sample code and technical materials, providing detailed written feedback on software engineering concepts.
- Create code samples, unit tests, and documentation for a range of AI training use cases.
- Identify edge cases, best practices, and common software design and development pitfalls to improve AI-generated outputs.
- Participate in collaborative discussions and reviews that communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Refine prompts and queries used to evaluate and improve AI-generated code.
Qualifications
- Expert-level Go proficiency with substantial hands-on project experience.
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills, including the ability to write clean, idiomatic code in both languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and modern development workflows.
- Experience reviewing code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
- Knowledge of code documentation practices and collaborative software projects.
- Interest in AI and machine learning advancements. Direct AI experience is welcome but not required.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
