Our US Cold Spray Solutions team is rapidly expanding its capabilities in the repair and manufacture of critical parts for the U.S. military, combining metallic cold spray repair, coatings, restoration, and additive manufacturing to deliver cutting-edge solutions to defense customers.The Business Operations Manager will support Triton leadership, the business unit team, and the Director of U.S. Cold Spray Solutions, in ensuring timely execution of highly technical contract research and prototype build programs, and the technical teams operations with respect to the demonstration of new cutting edge capabilities in metallic cold spray technologies and applications.  Responsibilities:Program ManagementSupports program execution end-to-end: staffing, material procurement, subcontractors, consultants, and vendorsSupports the development of forecasts and plans for labor, capital, and other resource requirementsEnsures programs run on budget and schedule; proactively identify and mitigate riskServe as primary point of administrative contact with government and commercial customers, communicating capabilities, status, and programmatic progress Team & Facility SupportSupport day-to-day operations of the cold spray facilitySupport the identification and recruitment of new staff as the team scales, enabling administrative and programmatic trainingCompliance & SafetyEnsure programs comply with applicable ITAR, export control, and DFARS requirements Qualifications5+ years of experience in DoD program managementExperience managing medium-sized ($10-50M) government contracts, particularly with the Department of DefenseDemonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), integrated master schedules (IMS), and formal risk management frameworksProven track record supporting the buildout and management of project teams in a technical fieldEligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearanceU.S. Persons (required due to ITAR/export control regulations) Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with MIL-STD (Military Standard) requirementsBackground in manufacturing and engineering operationsPMP certificationCompletion of DAU (Defense Acquisition University) program management coursework/certification In compliance with federal laws contained in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, all offers of employment are contingent upon an applicant's ability to satisfy federal requirements regarding proof of identity and the lawful right to be employed in the United States.
