Develop, direct, and monitor nursing assistant assignments based on census and care needs. Administer treatments, record medication responses, and report reactions. Prepare, administer, and chart all medications. Initiate physician orders and facilitate communication with families regarding medication changes. Maintain protocol to ensure care plans are updated and accurate, reflecting each resident’s individuality. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. State licensure required by applicable regulations.
