Specialist, Accounts Receivable I

Job Description Position: Finance/Accounting Office Support (Full-time, 1st-Day Shift, Carrollton, Texas, United States) Responsibilities Process and prepare various reports as needed. Perform various functions to ensure timely and accurate record filing. Respond to and provide information to authorized internal departments. Enter data in various computer programs and forms. Answer phone and open mail. Perform other support functions as needed. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Two years of college or equivalent business/office experience preferred. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint; familiar with general computer software skills. Excellent organization and documentation skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Capacity to work independently. Working Conditions Office environment. Requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely, including understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
