Director of Fundraising - Youth Development Nonprofit

Boys & Girls Clubs of America

The Resource Development Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of America leads comprehensive fundraising efforts to sustain and grow mission impact. This role designs and executes multi-channel resource development strategies, including individual giving, major gifts, grants, corporate and foundation partnerships, and special campaigns. The Director will manage donor pipelines, craft compelling cases for support, and collaborate with national and local Club leaders to align funding with youth development priorities. Responsibilities include setting revenue targets, analyzing performance, stewarding key partners, and ensuring compliance with fundraising best practices. Ideal candidates bring strategic thinking, data-informed decision-making, and a deep commitment to equity and opportunity for young people.
