Benefits Starting salary of $29+ per hour depending on experience Stable hours for financial stability Tool allowance worth $250 quarterly Boot allowance worth an additional $200 per year Comprehensive healthcare coverage including dental, vision and prescription coverage Annual Education Assistance Benefit available for team members (Education assistance) Company-matched 401(k) Adoption assistance and parent support Work Hours & Location Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm (second shift) Occasional Saturdays Stable hours for financial security and work‑life balance Repair / maintenance shop at Pen Argyl, PA hauling site Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns Conduct safety checks on vehicles (priority is employee and community safety) Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times Assist senior mechanics in the completion of project work Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate and OSHA standards Use modern tools and procedures to deliver exceptional maintenance on diesel equipment and, at some locations, on the growing fleet of CNG trucks Qualifications 2 years of relevant work experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Over 18 years of age Legally eligible to work in the United States Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam Preferred Team Traits Team players who care about everyone in the shop Happy working independently and as part of a team Likes variety – every day provides a new challenge Determined problem solvers Work Environment & Physical Demands Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals and other occupational risks often Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements often Operations in inside garage, shop or gas plant conditions as well as outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity If this sounds like what you’ve been looking for, then click ‘Apply now’ to start your tomorrow, today. #J-18808-Ljbffr WM
