Responsibilities The staff nurse: Provides comprehensive nursing care, coordinates activities of assigned staff, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures. Maintains standards of practice and contributes to positive patient experiences. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Work Experience: No experience needed; new graduates eligible. Hospital experience preferred, with 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles.
