Schedule & Location Schedule: 4:00pm to 12:30am – Monday to Friday Location: Burlington, NJ Summary Receives, stores, and distributes material and products within the warehouse by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment. Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line. Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or convey orders to packing station or shipping department. Mark materials with identifying information such as labels. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards. Arrange product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers. Lead a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation. Motivate and direct team efforts while informing the department supervisor of problems or potential problems requiring immediate attention. Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
