MFM Division Chief
- 100% consultative MFM practice (no deliveries)
- Influence over a 16,000+ delivery regional catchment
- Ability to shape clinical, academic, and strategic growth alongside system leadership
- Lead and grow the region's only academic MFM division
- Develop and execute a strategic plan in collaboration with Department and hospital leadership
- Expand clinical programs, research initiatives, and educational offerings
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams across Upstate and Crouse Hospital
- Opportunity to help build a Fetal Neurosurgery program in Central New York
- 100% consultative MFM model - no delivery responsibilities
- Minimal call requirements
- Central role within a Regional Perinatal Program and Level IV NICU
- Dedicated leadership opportunity with strong institutional support
- Multidisciplinary team including MFM physicians, fellows, generalist OBs, midwives, APPs, sonographers, and genetic counselors
- Strong collaboration across NICU, ICU, and subspecialty services
- Teach and mentor fellows, residents, and medical students
- Lead or participate in research, quality, and program development initiatives
- Collaborative academic environment with strong institutional support
