Office Assistant (Typing)

Job Title
Under the direct supervision of the Office Services Supervisor I, this position performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to: receptionist for the public counter; answers and screens telephone calls; prepares and posts outgoing mail; reviews and distributes incoming mail; organizes and completes filing tasks; Vehicle report Clerk, Uniform Crime Report, National Crime Center Information report, and other duties as necessary.
