Financial Advisor - PNC Wealth Management

As a Financial Advisor in PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC. Financial Advisors work within a bank branch, managing a book of business while collaborating closely with other branches. PNC’s management advisors focus on helping clients meet savings, investing, and retirement goals. Our team of planning experts guides the creation of personalized solutions on behalf of clients. Job Description Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients. Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business. Own the client experience, efficiently handling sales and service, identifying and executing opportunities, and making referrals to internal partners. Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking. Grow client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently. Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients. Determine the best products to support each strategy. Present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients. Establish individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives. Monitor financial plans and recommend changes as needed. Actively coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities. Drive investment education and visibility among branch staff. Lead the branch team with the manager and/or investment sales associate to achieve investment results. Show urgency with activities and lead by example. Maintain regular communication with internal and external partners to build strong referral relationships. Regularly meet with the manager and partners to review business results and pipeline management. Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: Bachelor’s degree from a university or college. Certifications and Licenses: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63, 65) required. Life and Health Insurance required.
