Client Services Associate, Private Markets A growing private markets business is looking for a Client Services Associate to support the launch, onboarding, and ongoing servicing of alternative investment products distributed through global wealth and financial intermediary channels. Responsibilities Support new fund launches and onboard distribution partners. Coordinate with wealth platforms, fund administrators, transfer agents, and custodians. Act as an operational contact for clients and external service providers. Resolve onboarding and servicing issues across multiple stakeholders. Maintain operational trackers and produce reporting using Excel and PowerPoint. Help improve client service and onboarding processes. Ideal Background 1+ years of experience in fund administration, investor services, transfer agency, fund operations, or alternative investments. Exposure to private equity, private credit, real estate, or other private market products. Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
