Warehouse Receiving Specialist (Forklift) Salary: $24.50/hr | Type: Temp-to-Hire | Location: Hayward, CA

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Receiving Specialist to join our team in Hayward. This is a fast-paced, medium- to high-volume environment handling full pallets, mixed pallets, and small parcels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down, reach, and cherry picker forklifts to unload and stage freight.

• Process inbound shipments using a WMS and handheld RF scanners.

• Inspect incoming stock for accuracy, damages, and correct piece counts.

Requirements:

• Forklift Experience: 2+ years of experience AND a current forklift certification (must cover sit-down, reach, and cherry picker).

• WMS Experience: 2+ years of experience using a Warehouse Management System with RF scanners.

• Volume Handling: Proven track record in medium- to high-volume receiving (pallets and small parcels).

• Punctuality: Reliable attendance for the 7:30 AM shift.

Preferred (Big Plus!):

• Experience with NetSuite and RF Smart is highly desired.
