CDL-A Regional Driver - Experienced or Trainee - Home Weekends

$1,300 - $1,500 per week

We are currently accepting applications from licensed Class A professionals and CDL training candidates living within 100 miles of the Detroit area for an outstanding regional dry van opportunity. Pay & Compensation

Target Earnings: $1,300 to $1,500 average gross weekly (Top tier drivers bringing home $1,700/wk)
Mileage Pay Scale: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM depending on verified background
Trainee Weekly Pay: Students earn a steady $900 every Friday via direct deposit during training, switching to $0.56 CPM upon graduation
Company Orientation: All lodging, food, and transit arranged and paid, plus $300 orientation compensation

Home Time & Schedule

Time Off: Assigned weekend home time for a complete 34-hour restart
Mileage Volume: Predictable and steady 1,700 to 2,300 miles every week
Lanes Covered: Regional dispatching restricted to a 400-mile circle around home (operating through OH, IN, MI, KY, and IL)

Freight & Equipment

No-Touch Commitment: 100% driver-clean freight (70% drop/hook, 30% live unload)
Late-Model Assigned Trucks: Automatic 2022 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth models
On-Road Comfort: Trucks feature onboard APUs; no slip-seating required
Home Storage: Authorized take-home truck policy allowed for your weekend resets

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience Standard: 6 months of solo tractor-trailer experience OR a recent graduate from an approved CDL program
Entry-Level Requirements: School graduates must present a minimum 120-hour certificate for our 4-6 week paid mentorship run
Age & License: Minimum 21 years old with an active Class A CDL
Safety Verification: Fully DOT-compliant background, clean MVR, and ability to pass a drug screening
