Chief Operating OfficerThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the organization's detox and residential treatment programs. This executive-level position oversees daily operations, organizational performance, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team, the COO translates organizational strategy into actionable operational initiatives, establishes performance expectations, and ensures accountability across departments. The COO plays a critical role in optimizing resources, improving operational efficiencies, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Salary Range: $175,000 to $200,000 per year (DOE)Job Site: Foundry Front Range (Broomfield, CO)Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required;
