Location: Clifton Springs, NY
Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Weekly Pay

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team in Clifton Springs, NY. If you enjoy working with your hands, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and take pride in building quality products, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll work with a variety of mechanical components and systems, using blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to assemble products accurately and efficiently. You’ll be part of a supportive team where quality, craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement are valued.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.

• Position, fit, and adjust interrelated parts with precision and attention to detail.

• Perform testing and inspections to ensure finished products meet quality requirements.

• Complete coil winding, soldering, first-stage subassemblies, and final detailing as needed.

• Assemble products incorporating mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and multiple part numbers.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and reducing waste.

What You Bring

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.

• Experience using hand tools, soldering equipment, or performing mechanical assembly is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

• A commitment to producing quality work and learning new skills.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
