The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, scheduling, and supervision. Responsibilities Shift Managers lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability. Shift Managers plan and monitor each shift, take corrective action, communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions, and help departments meet their goals. Shift Manager Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment.
