No previous management experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, mentorship, and leadership development are provided from day one.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, entry-level professionals, career changers, and aspiring leaders interested in management, sales, marketing, customer service, business development, and team leadership .

Responsibilities

Support daily team and business operations
Assist with sales, marketing, and customer engagement
Help train, coach, and motivate team members
Support promotional events and community outreach
Build strong customer and team relationships
Help monitor performance and achieve business goals
Participate in leadership training and professional development
Develop skills in management, sales, communication, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

Management experience is not required!

Motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
Confident, professional, and comfortable working with people
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, organized, and coachable
Eager to learn and take on new challenges
Interested in management, sales, marketing, or business development
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or business is a plus—but not required .
