What You'll Do: Finning Helper

- Grinding welds to meet cosmetic and customer finish requirements

- Removing imperfections from structural steel components

- Preparing fabricated steel for painting or galvanizing

- Assisting in identifying and correcting surface defects

- Maintaining finishing equipment and work areas

Skills and Experience

Preferred Candidate Might:

• Previous experience in structural steel fabrication or welding
• Experience operating angle grinders and metal-finishing tools
• Ability to recognize quality weld finishes and surface defects
• Familiarity with fabrication drawings and weld locations
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
