Job DetailsJob Location: Theodore, AL 36582Job Summary: Sales Representatives engage with telephone and walk-in customers and guide them through the purchasing process. Inside Sales Reps build relationships and use strong communication skills to convey the benefits of our products and services. Inside Sales Reps build valuable connections with customers, help them identify offerings that meet their needs and product features, and contribute to the company’s overall success. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to ensure repeat business. Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in customers Ensure order accuracy, delivery information accuracy, and secure payment Maintain strong working relationships with lumberyard and manufacturing employees to better service customers Stay up to date and well-versed on all software and required technologies needed to be relevant in the metal roofing/ construction industry Performs other related duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities Knowledge of Construction and/ or Metal Roofing Industry Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience High school diploma Above average Math skills At least two years related experience in Construction/ Metal Roofing Industry Physical Requirements Must be able to lift to 100 pounds at times.
