Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service in Swedish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with their questions about products and services, providing accurate and comprehensive information. Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Document customer interactions meticulously and provide feedback for continuous service improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and address common issues. Stay informed about company offerings and industry developments to ensure informed support. Participate in training and development sessions to continuously enhance your service skills. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is highly valued. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is a plus. Willingness to embrace a new cultural experience while living in Malta.
