Role Description This is a contract Medical Billing Specialist role with a remote‑first work structure, with some presence in Yucaipa, CA. The role involves managing billing and coding processes, handling insurance claims, resolving denials, ensuring compliance with ICD‑10 coding standards, and working closely with Medicare and other insurance providers. The Specialist will collaborate with team members to maintain accurate financial records and provide efficient billing services. Qualifications Proficiency in Medical Terminology and familiarity with ICD‑10 coding standards Experience in resolving Denials and managing Insurance claims Knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Prior experience in mental health or medical billing is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical billing or coding is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Nova Mental Health
