Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
• Operate cash register efficiently, handling sales and returns accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors
• Assist with stocking, pricing, and bagging merchandise
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve issues
• Participate in store and cashier meetings to stay informed and engaged

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and climb as needed
• Availability to work weekends, evenings (no later than 8 p.m.) and holidays.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and service-oriented attitude.
