We are looking for a BDC Representative who is enthusiastic, honest, hard-working, organized, and committed to great customer service. **Company Overview:**Dalton Motors services Dalton Toyota National City, Dalton Hyundai National City and Dalton Subaru National City, and is located less than 20 minutes from most areas of San Diego. Founded in Guadalajara in 1945, Dalton Motors is a family owned and operated business with over 55 dealerships serving major manufacturers including Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru and others. They are continuing the legacy of Frank Motors, an automotive and community presence since 1965.**Dalton Motors Benefits:*** Full Benefits 1st of the month after 60 days of employment including Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance* 401k plan* Paid vacation* Paid manufacturer product training* Employee Assistance Program* Employee vehicle purchase program* Advancement opportunities**Postiion Summary:** The BDC Representative is responsible for identifying and secruing new sales leads and maintianing client relationships.## Qualifications**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:* Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.* Logging incoming phone calls and online inquiries.* Scheduling appointments and following up with any \"no show\" customers.* Maintaining thorough, up- to-date knowledge of our products.* Mainting thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our internal/external processes, especially regarding digital and internet lead sources.* Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.* Adhering to all company policies and procedures.* Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.* Ensruing contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.* Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.* Reporting any customer satisfaction issues to supervisor or GSM.* Following up with \"no sale\" customers as directed by management.* Performing other duties as assigned by ownership, upper management and/or immediate supervisor.**Minimum Qualifications*** Good attention to detail and organization skills* Proven experience in sales.* Good written and verbal communicaion skills.* Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.* Proficient with Microsoft Office software and internet.* Professional and personable demeanor.* Proficient with Microsoft Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data , and create reports.* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) in addition to minimum one-year related experience.* Available to work weekends.**Preffered Qualifications:*** Reynolds and Reynolds experience* Bilingual in Spanish is a plusAt Dalton Motors, we believe that a diverse workforce is a strength to be celebrated.
