What You’ll Actually Do Here: Step into classrooms when regular teachers are absent and provide the consistency, care, and encouragement children need. Follow established classroom routines, support joyful hands-on learning activities, and help children feel comfortable and secure throughout their day. You’ll assist with meals, rest time, outdoor play, classroom transitions, and age-appropriate learning experiences. You’ll keep children safe and engaged, communicate professionally with families and staff, and become the reliable team member our schools know they can count on.
